Hafsah bint Nurein is a Writer, Book Editor and the author of the novel – To Err is Human and The Turmoil Trilogy. She is the convener of the Muslimah Wordsmiths’ WriterCon.
Hafsah served as a judge for the Dr. M.M Balogun Essay Competition for two years (2018 and 2019)

Muti’ah is a Nigerian reproductive health physician, homeschooling mum, mental health advocate, writer and author who writes tales that reflect African Muslim realities, usually in the form of contemporary Muslim fiction. Her international debut novel, Rekiya & Z, published by Xlibris US, was lauded as “gripping, all-encompassing, and poignant” on Amaliah Bookshelf and won the 2021 Daybreak Press Book Award for Islamic Fiction, among others. Melati Lum is an Australian Muslim lawyer of Malay/Chinese ethnicity. She has a background in criminal law and has prosecuted a variety of serious criminal offences in the courts. Having grown up with a love of reading stories, her aim is to contribute towards diversifying the range of heroines and heroes available to young people.

Melati lives in Adelaide, Australia, with her family. She is the author of the Ayesha Dean mystery series.

Umm Naml is the pseudonym for a Nigerian author whose birth name is Medinat Ize Musa. Although resides in Kaduna with her family, she is originally from Kogi State, and speaks Ebira dialect fluently.

She is the founder of Umm Naml Reads (UNR), which publishes an online magazine quarterly. Umm Naml is an author of Muslim children books and adult fiction. She is a book editor and a literary coach for children.

Umm Marwan Ibrahim

Umm Marwan Ibrahim is an Indian mother of 3 young kids. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies from the Islamic Online University (now known as International Open University). Currently, she is studying the Word-for-Word tafseer course from Al Manar International Academy. In 2019, Umm Marwan authored her debut children’s picture book called “Dawood Loves His Books”, a rhyming story about a boy who learns about the specialty of the Quran. She is a freelance Islamic book editor who has edited around 30 books which include Islamic fiction, non-fiction, and children’s picture books. Acclaimed books such as the Personalized Perfect Eid book by Tasmea Mahmud, My Beloved anthology by Amaney Kazlak, and Here With You by Umm Afraz Muhammed are some of the titles she has edited.

Raheemah Odusote

Raheemah Odusote is a trained Engineer and a Chartered Accountant, however, her love and passion for reading and writing directed her to her dream job of becoming a Book Coach for multiple clients worldwide.

She combines her training as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and a Book Coach to guide Muslimah coaches to write their nonfiction and fiction books so that they are the Author-ity in their niches and impact millions.

She has authored three books to date.

Her debut novel, Taken for Granted is a bestseller on Amazon.

She’s married with children. Her kryptonite is a good book, green tea and the occasional slice of cake!

Asqarini Hasbi

Asqarini Hasbi is a poet, writer, and volunteer in community projects from Indonesia. She has published many articles, short-stories and poems since year 2001. By the year 2010 her poem was successfully published internationally, in Mississippi Crow Magazine Issue #10, MediaVirus Magazine #17- both from The United States of America. Several short stories at www.storystar.com, also from the US. Her English works include books: A Short story compilation entitled: “The Smiling Old Lady and The Rose Garden’’. A poetry collection book “The Crescent Heart” and also a video spoken poetry entitled ”The Nami of Love” as an empathy of Tsunami victims that struck Japan on March 11th, 2011. In 2021 she started her collaboration with Kanvas Kids Magazine based in Ireland. She also wrote a Short stories anthology “A Bouquet of Muslim Blossoms” along with plenty of International writers. Besides these she has a Poetry collection book entitled “ Life is Beautiful, Believe in It.”

Her other works/ articles /books are written mostly in Indonesian. She speaks English and can understand French.
